Our Property
Tucked away on the Amalfi Coast hills, Furore a quaint, tight-knit hamlet of just over 800 residents, has been our home for over two centuries. From 1883 - 1980 our family operated several small businesses such as restaurants and a distillery producing local spirits including limoncello and other herbal liqueurs. Today we are still producting the family liqueurs in Washington, DC USA, under the brand name called Don Ciccio & Figli.
We wanted to transform our old production site in a luxurious, yet affordable Bed & Breakfast. The property is located 450 mt. above sea level and only 20 mins away from Amalfi.
By approaching every detail with the care a painter would give to his/hers masterpiece, we are able to offer a customized Breakfast upon making a reservation. Our guests, based on their allergies or eating preferences, will be able to pre-order everything they need to start a great day on the Coast.
Our Mediterranean breakfast will be served on our terrace, weather permitting, or in our custom kitchen starting at 7 a.m till 10 a.m.
All of our seaview rooms come with a flat screen TV, Air conditioning, Bed and Bathroom essentials and free Wi-Fi. Other amenities includes free parking on premises, portable crib, and Solarium.
As proud patrons of creativity, we feature original works made by local artists throughout the B&B and selected some of our favorite amenities to give our guests an intimate and luxurious experience.

Our journey in the hospitality industry began several centuries ago in the small town of Furore, Italy, a quaint, tight-knit hamlet of just over 800 residents. With an extended family supplying the town with its most celebrated chefs, winemakers, and artisanal liqueur makers, the Porpora/Amodeo family have always been at the forefront of entrepreneurship.
With over 100 years of experience making liqueurs and in the hospitality industry, our family has decided to transform the old distillery production site into a luxurious, yet affordable vacation home.
